The acquisition costs consist of professional fees incurred associated with the pending acquisition of Cedar Realty Trust, Inc (“Cedar”).
As of June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company’s intangible accumulated amortization totaled $60.71 million and $62.94 million, respectively. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2022, the Company’s intangible amortization expense totaled $833 thousand and $1.66 million, respectively. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2021, the Company’s intangible amortization expense totaled $941 thousand and $1.97 million, respectively.
