WHLR REIT Announces Pertinent Dates for its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., July 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (NASDAQ:WHLR) (“WHLR REIT” or the “Company”), a fully-integrated, self-managed commercial real estate investment company focused on owning and operating income-producing retail properties with a primary focus on grocery-anchored centers, today announced that it will hold its annual stockholders’ meeting on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 9:30 am.  Only stockholders of record at the close of business on Thursday, August 23, 2018, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
