On March 24, 2015, the Registrant filed a Form 8-K including required financial statements and pro forma financial information for the proposed acquisition of Alex City Marketplace, a retail shopping center in Alexander City, Alabama.
On April 1, 2015, the Registrant completed the transaction and acquired Alex City Marketplace for $10,250,000.
